The OUD connector (22.214.171.124) is not creating recon events in OIM where as provisioning works fine. The OIM logs clearly shows that the recon data is being pulled from target and there are no any other exception related to recon. But there is no data found in the RECON_EVENTS table or OUD Profile table (RA_LDAPUSER).
