Symptoms

Java EXTRACT Adapter skips specific RBA in trail.
Java user exit sends record to JMS Queue using MapMessage.

Using "DEBUG" logging mode for user exit we noticed that the "EXIT_CALL_ABORT_TRANS" is executed and then record is skipped.
