Not Receiving Email Sent From Discussion JIVE Console - Email Testing Page

On Discussion Jive Admin console, testing to send an email from email sending test page shows the mail was sent, but the client can not received the email.
It was confirmed that the SMTP settings are correct.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Configure SMTP setting in Jive admin console.
2. Click test email to send a test email.
3. Check client email inbox, no email is displayed.
By enabling email debugging, the below message was logged in out:
