SES Crawler For WCC Failing With EQP-80317 (Doc ID 2208108.1)

Symptoms

SES is failing with EQP-80317

On further inspection I can see that the failure is occurring when the crawler is trying to access a feed file that does not exist on content server.  This is an old feed from September that is not in the SES feeds directory any longer on the content server. Why is SES crawler trying to crawl an old feed that no longer exists?
