On : WebLogic 12.2.1.0.0 version

A web application, running on 12.2.1.1 fails to send a JMS message to a server running on 12.1.1.

When accessing web application, user must be authenticated and authorized, even before attempting to send a message to WLS 12.1.1.

After it has been granted access to application, application fails to send message with below error observed on WLS 12.1.1
