Symptoms
Users are not getting expected roles and accounts from Active Directory (AD) after upgrading to 12c when using Oracle Virtual Directory (OVD). Users are able to login but not getting the roles and accounts.
Changes
System has been upgraded recently. It was working fine before upgrade.
