Screen readers unable to read Accessibility Option (for 508 compliance) on Self Service Console (Doc ID 2209328.1)

Symptoms

OIM provides Accessibility link on login page. When screen readers are used, they can read it. However when OIM is integrated with OAM or OAAM, the OIM login page is bypassed by OAM login page which does not have Accessibility link. So when users get into self service console directly, the screen readers unable locate Accessibility option because it is hidden in the drop down list on top right corner of the page.
