On: WebCenter Portal (WCP) 12.2.1.2.0

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When documents are uploaded using the Document Manager task flow, WCP does not display the document in the Activity Stream. If Documents are uploaded using another approach (Announcement, Discussion Link, etc.) the documents display in the Activity Stream.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

When documents are uploaded using the Document Manager task flow, WCP should display the document in the Activity Stream.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upload a document using the Document Manager task flow
2. Look at the Activity Stream to see if the activity of the document being uploaded is noted.
