1:30 AM - Customer updates the record and say the time gets recorded in DB as 1:30 AM (last_pinchange_timestamp)

...after time change Now at 2:00 the clock rewinds to 1:00
1:05 AM - Customer updates the same record and the DB records it as 1:05 AM ((last_pinchange_timestamp)
