Symptoms

Oracle Access Manager's 11g Webgate IIS WebServer - Download of Large File Takes a Long Time and Causes Performance Issues

IIS 7.x  is configured with   Webgate 11g.

When user  downloads a file (about 200MB) from the site,  they always have to wait for a long time (more than 2 minutes) to get "save link as' window pops up. If my web site  does not have Webgate, the browser pops up the 'save link as' window immediately.
