Special characters in the request URL kill the server node(s) and make all OAG 22.214.171.124 services unavailable.
OS: Oracle Linux 6/Oracle VM
Send the following special characters at the end of a request URL.
These are sent when copy/paste the urls from rich text format (hipchat etc) into a client application:
U+00E2 LATIN SMALL LETTER A WITH CIRCUMFLEX character (â)
U+0080 character (€)
U+008B character (‹)
