Downloaded File Name Includes Encoded Characters With Af:fileDownloadActionListener (Doc ID 2212237.1)

Symptoms

In JDeveloper 11.1.1.7.0, a page uses af:fileDownloadActionListener to download a file.

If the file name has "(" and ")" they are getting converted to "%28" and "%29".
This issue is happening only in Chrome. (chrome version is 52.0.2743.116 m)

Example:

File name : TCRReport (77).pdf  gets converted to TCRReport %2877%29.pdf

There are no errors except that the file name is not correct.
The file gets downloaded fine in other browsers.
