WebCenter Sites Hanging STUCK threads in java.io.File.canRead state (Doc ID 2212702.1)

Symptoms

All Remote Satellite Servers and Webcenter Sites managed servers in a cluster went to Warning State.

There was an intermittent issue where the managed servers went to Warning State. The managed server logs showed many STUCK threads on java.io.* operations in the following state:
