ODI Operator Not Showing the Session List (Doc ID 2212979.1)

Some users are not able to view any Sessions in the Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) Studio > Operator navigator.


The behavior occurs after having modified the Region and Language settings at the Operating System level followed by a server restart:
