WebCenter Portal 12cR2 Demo VM Starter Portal Returns "ADF_FACES-60097" (Doc ID 2213723.1)

Symptoms

On 12.2.1.0.0 version of WebCenter Portal Demo Virtual Machine (VM).

In WebCenter Portal 12cR2 Demo VM (downloaded from http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/middleware/webcenter/portal/downloads/owcp-vm-2251396.html), when trying to edit the sample demo application "Starter Portal", the following error(s) are seen:

ADF_FACES-60097: For more information, please see the server's error log for an entry beginning with:ADF_FACES-60096:Server Exception during PPR, #4



STEPS
-----------------------
1. Administration > Portals
2. Edit for "Starter Portal" > Edit Page -> that's often enough
3. Click "+ Add Content" -> ADF_FACES-60097 PPR Error is received
