Unable to Upload Specific Files via HDL (Doc ID 2214208.1)

On : version, HCM Data Loader

When attempting to upload files via HDL, the following error occurs.

Error - Content item 'UCMFA1050255' was not successfully checked in. An error occurred during virus scanning operation on Content Server.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Navigator > Data Exchange.
2. Run HCM Data Loader -> Import and Load the data for the Worker file.
