Symptoms

Customer is getting the following error in the WebLogic Server Administration Server logs when trying to activate any changes that made in the WLS Admin Console. Customer is able to lock and Edit but can not Save and Activate any changes in the Admin Console. 

Note: This issue started happening after applying the latest PSU 161018 on WLS 10.3.6.
