Symptoms

WebCenter Enterprise Capture (WEC) server not reachable via SSL by the Capture Client.

Web interface to the dc-client and dc-console works for both http and https (https://wec-int.it.internal/dc-client/  --   /dc-console), but the local Capture Client fails to connect.
