Goal

Qn1: How to create user in OIM via recon just using WORKFORCE_SYNC?
 
Qn2: There is a sub node <AUDIT_ACTN IsChanged="Y">D and if one give the value as D, then OIM is not accepting the XML messages. OIM is only accepting them if it has A or C in it. Provide more information about <AUDIT_ACTN> and why D does not work?
 
Qn3: What is the current process for triggering terminations?
 
Qn4: Can one add a code to the audit actions field to help identify terminations?
