X509 Authentication Fails After OAM Upgrade from to

Following an OAM upgrade from to getting below errors in the logs while trying to login using x509Plugin:

<Warning> <oracle.oam.certvalidation> <OAMSSA-18006> <Error occurred when load trust store.
java.security.KeyStoreException: not found
at java.security.KeyStore.getInstance(KeyStore.java:628)
at oracle.security.fed.certvalidation.CertValidationModule.loadTrustStore(CertValidationModule.java:284)
Caused By: java.security.NoSuchAlgorithmException: KeyStore not available

<Warning> <oracle.oam.certvalidation> <OAMSSA-18001> <Cert path validation failed. ...java.lang.NullPointerException: the keystore parameter must be non-null
at java.security.cert.PKIXParameters.<init>(PKIXParameters.java:145)
