Social Login (Facebook And Google) Stopped Working After PS3 Upgrade With The Error: redirect_uri_mismatch And Can't Load URL
(Doc ID 2215154.1)
Last updated on NOVEMBER 01, 2023
Applies to:
Oracle Mobile and Social - Version 11.1.2.3.0 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
Using OAM version 11.1.2.3.7:
After the upgrading OAM from 11gR2PS1 to 11gR2PS3 then applied the BP07, all the web applications which were integrated with Social login (mainly facebook and google) have stopped working.
The error we are getting is related to redirect_uri mismatch.
After further investigation, it seems that the redirect uri which is getting created at runtime in FacebookImpl and GoogleImpl class is the OAM loadbalancer URL. This load balancer URL is the one configured in Access Manager Settings.
And for security reasons, this OAM loadbalancer URL is not exposed to internet.
Note:
This issue didn't happen with PS1. All our applications were successfully integrated with Social Identity providers.
Error from the Facebook-oamServer2-diagnostic.log:
