After Upgrade From OGG Version 12.1 To 12.2, Pump Abending Due To Format Release Errors

Symptoms
Topology:
SOURCE = zOS
SOURCE OGG VERSION = 12.2
SOURCE OGG PROCESSES = Primary Extract and Extract Pump
TARGET = Mid-Tier for delivery to TERADATA, Hadoop, Oracle.
TARGET = Mid-Tier No Primary Extracts reside here. ONLY Pumps reading trails from zOS.
TARGET = Mid-Tier PUMPS write to remotetrails in Oracle.
ISSUE = Our PUMP to Oracle is abending.
We are having issues with our PUMP on a Mid-Tier Linux Server.
PUMPS read trail files and writes to Oracle which is local to mid-tier.
Example.
PCCD1D reads trail file /ad
PCCD1D writes to /ab trail file in Oracle GGHOME which is 12.2
Getting error:
