OPSS - Unable To Change Time Zone For Audit Logs From UTC To Local System Time (Doc ID 2215616.1)

Symptoms

We have below setting in jps-config.xml to log the time zone for audit logs and we are getting the logs in UTC Time Zone when we review the busstop files.
