Symptoms

Many times its has been seen that in spite of having applied the new patch successfully he expected changed functionality is not being noticed and still old implementation is available. Also number of other problems have been found happening too due to old cached data already existing in the environment which disallows new changes/data to be reflected even after restarting admin and other managed servers.
