In an Exalogic Virtual racks there may be situations where starting control-stack vServers (EC1, PC1 and PC2) using exabr will abort with a Timeout error message as follows:
The installation of EM Agent or any other product that takes long time to become online during OS startup may trigger this event on the EC1 vServer.
This is rare but it is also possible that the startup of the EMOC service causes this behavior.
