WCS Integration with OAM session is not getting invalidated and sends the user to the end_url specified (Doc ID 2216321.1)

Symptoms

Logout functionality of Webcenter Sites not working as expected after integrating with OAM 11g. Logout takes the user to the end_url mentioned in the "SSOConfig.xml" using the same session. The OAM session is not getting invalidated and sends the user to the end_url specified. Specifically, the value of the OAMAuthnCookie<oam_ohs_host>:<port> cookie does not change after the logout process and there are no errors in the logs.
