Following an upgrade to July 2016 PSU, an OL6 vServer may take a very long time (sometimes about 20 minutes) to boot.

Upon connecting to the xm console soon after boot is initiated, the following console message is displayed as expected:

The OL6 Guest vServer was upgraded to July 2016 PSU (2.0.6.2.160719). This issue may be encountered with earlier or newer EECS releases as well.
