Goal

After applying the WLS PSU Patch 23743997 : SU Patch [K25M]: WLS PATCH SET UPDATE 10.3.6.0.161018", you are unable to to deploy a sbconfig.jar file (OSB jar file) in the Weblogic sbconsole.
