If one clicks on a account form in OIM UI under Accounts tab of a user, it fails to open and following error is seen in the UI:

Similar issue is seen when the catalog request for the same application is being attempted, then its fails when the edit form option is clicked.

Note that in this case, the PSFT UM connector was installed using the Connector Installer (CI) mode.
