Content Type Filtering not Suitable with MIME-TYPE Multiple Files on SOAP Attachment (Doc ID 2216590.1)

Goal

There is a clustered OAG server. The OAG version is 11.1.2.4 SP4, with two instances.
The content type filtering configuration is set as follows:
Deny content types (checked)
But allow the following MIME or DIME types:
*) application/*+xml
*) application/pdf
*) image/jpeg
*) multipart/*
*) text/xml


Concerns are :-
1. The MIME-Type detected on Content Type Filter is not suitable with the files' MIME-Type on SOAP Attachment (multiple files on SOAP Attachment).

2. How to apply the content-type filtering on the attachments only?
How to apply Content Type Filtering if XML Attachment is not allowed?
