Symptoms
Oracle Internet Directory (OID) 11g had been working before. Recently performed a load of a large amount of data with bulkload, along with dozens of dynamic groups.
Suddenly OID fails to start with no log errors.
The dispatcher log (oiddispd01-0000.log) hangs / stops logging early on, for example quitting at the operation below, or at a different initial operation:
