SOA 11g: High heap utilization and frequent full GC due to 'oracle.jdbc.driver.CachedRowElement' (Doc ID 2216794.1)

Symptoms

The SOA 11g application experiences the issue when generating reports from the Healthcare UI.

From the GC logs you can see that the heap grows very quickly and full GCs are executed several times without releasing much memory:

When analyzing JVM Flight Recording the following object was identified:

oracle.jdbc.driver.CachedRowElement
