Symptoms

After downloading a XLSX file from WebCenter Sites, users get a corruption warning when opening the downloaded file:

"Excel found unreadable content in 'someExcelFile.xlsx'. Do you want to recover the contents of this workbook? If you trust the source of this workbook, click Yes."
