Oracle Access Manager 11g (OAM) "The requested URL /obrar.cgi Contains Illegal Characters" Bad Oracle Access Manager Request After Submitting Login Credential When Using an OAM 10g Webgate

- After submitting login credential to a resource like following: https://<hostname>/test%0D%0A

- You received the following error:

Bad Oracle Access Manager Request
The requested URL /obrar.cgi contains illegal characters.

  

Changes

 There is line feed character , %0A or %0D, in the URL
