Symptoms

In Service Bus 11.1.1.7, an issue is encountered when a custom OWSM client policy based on oracle/wss10_x509_token_with_message_protection_client_policy is used. The service policy being used at the service side is unknown and only the WSDL file is provided.
According to the WSDL file the wss10_x509 service policy is being used.
