Symptoms

After upgrading WebCenter Content (WCC) environment from 11g to 12c, conversion tasks in Inbound Refinery are failed (i.e. contents are stuck in GenWWW status).

IBR log reports the following error during the issue occurs:

 

Changes

 The error starts occuring after upgrading WCC environment.
