Unable To update user attributes using OIM Self Service Console (Doc ID 2218744.1)

Symptoms

Unable to update/modify user information using OIM self service console. When you click Modify user and try to add a value to a blank field or update an existing field and click Submit button. Nothing happens. No error is displayed and the information is not updated.


We have noticed over the past 2-3 weeks, that there are about 12 identities in OIM that if we try to update any attribute in identity console, nothing happens. This can be ANY field for the user in OIM console. We click modify user and try to add a value to a blank field or update an existing
