Error: No Documents or Folders were Found and Restricting the List of Attributes (Doc ID 2219065.1)

Symptoms

The webcenter user have many portal objects to create.  This user create a Wikis or Blogs and the documents link shows no folders for blogs or wikis

When you access WebCenter Content as user webcenter, you see this alert:
