WebLogic Console Deployments Screen Loads Very Slowly In A Large Domain (Doc ID 2219942.1)

Symptoms

In a large Fusion Middleware 12.2.1 domain, with no custom application deployments, loading the Deployments page is very slow when all the managed serves are UP and running. With all the managed servers DOWN, the Deployments page loads faster.

Thread dumps on AdminServer shows the following:

JMX calls made to the managed servers and waiting for the response.
