Goal

How to use different queries in search.properties file in the cloned and out of the box OIM 11g E-Business Connector? 

For example: Using the OIM E-Business Connectors - HRMS for trusted reconciliation and User Management for target reconciliation and provisioning. Additionally, one has also cloned these E-Business connectors to them for two different divisions say "Corporate" and "Other".

The connector uses a single properties file (search.properties) containing queries used by reconciliation. This file is inside of the connector jar file which is uploaded to the OIM server. 

So how does one configure the cloned connector to use a different search.properties file?
