Symptoms

The 'import-ldif' commands are running too slow.
 
The expectation is that it should be done more quickly.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

    ./import-ldif --includeBranch dc=<SUFFIX_DN> --backendID <BACKEND_ID> --replaceExisting --ldifFile <EXPORT.LDIF> &
