OIM Enable Only Some Accounts When User Is Re-Enabled After Being Disabled

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When a user is disabled and then re-enabled in identity console some of that user accounts are still disabled. Should not the OIM re-enable all the accounts assigned to that user?
1) Login to oim identity console
2) Disable a user and then re-enable it.
3) Go to the Accounts tab and then check the status the accounts.
