Symptoms
When attempting to convert imported email attachments to TIF format, the following error appears in the Diagnostic log file:
Exception oracle.odc.docconverter.DocExportException: oracle.captureexportservice.CaptureExportServiceException: Failed to launch CaptureOITExport.
