Failed To Remotely Monitor WebLogic Server With JConsole (Doc ID 2221703.1)

Failed to use JConsole remotely to monitor WebLogic Server using password authentication and disabling SSL.

Reproducing Steps :

1. Set following system property when start the JVM.

For WebLogic Server, modify startWebLogic.sh add following in JAVA_OPTIONS in setDomainEnv.sh(/.cmd) script.
