Symptoms

Note: This issue can be applied to other scenarios where a check of the dependent libraries in the system reports "not found".

The Enterprise Capture 12.2.1.2 environment is connected to WebCenter Content (Commit Processor). Capture is configured to generate a PDF Searchable for Document Output Format and Attachment Document Output Format.  When testing the system the following error is returned:
