USING OAM AND IIS WEBGATE 11.1.2.2: THE HEADERS SET ON SUCCESSFUL AUTHENTICATION/AUTHORIZATION ARE NOT AVAILABLE IN HTTP POST (Doc ID 2222371.1)

Last updated on APRIL 01, 2019

Applies to:

Oracle Access Manager - Version 11.1.2.3.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Using OAM 11.1.2.3.4 and IIS WEBGATE 11.1.2.2.0:

The headers set in either authentication or authorization policies on HTTP POST for the protected pages are not available.
so it was required to add UseWebGateExtForPassthrough=false to make it available but that has an impact on accessing the unprotected /excluded resource and getting a blank page in the browser when accessing them.
