Goal

JPS policy store for webcenter is in OID. Should the JPS policy store be moved to database? If yes need to do it before the upgrade or after the upgrade?

Using an Oracle Internet Directory (OID)-based security store in 11g, use the 12c Repository Creation Utility (RCU) to create the new 12c OPSS schema. In the Upgrade Assistant, select the OPSS schema; the Upgrade Assistant upgrades the OID-based security store.
