Unable To Bring Application Templates Into The ESSO Administrative Console From The Repository (Doc ID 2222875.1)

Unable to "Bring to Console" application templates from the repository.

Some of ESSO Administrators are unable to bring several of the application templates into the ESSO Administrative Console from the repository. There is no error or response and the template does not appear in the Applications list in the Administrative Console. All of the ESSO Administrators have the same privileges and can see the templates in the repository when connecting via the Administrative Console.


Users with access to the ESSO Administrative Console should be able to bring all of the application templates into the console from the repository.


  1. Open the ESSO Administrative Console.
  2. Connect to the repository with domain credentials.
  3. Navigate to the OU where the application templates are stored.
  4. Right click on a specific template and select Bring to Console from the menu.
