Language Is Not Getting Changed At The Login Screen, Remains In English (Doc ID 2222907.1)

When you are trying to login , and changing the language from English to French (or to any other language), nothing happens, and it remains in English as it is.

On the Fusion Login page is a language switcher (drop down menu).
When selecting another language in that list, the page is supposed to, immediately, switch to that language, without clicking any buttons.
Once the login page is in the other language, the user can log in, and the session will be in the previously selected language.
This is how it has always worked until a few days ago.

Now, the login page does not switch to the other language anymore. It remains in English. When subsequently the user logs in, Fusion still believes it should be in English.

We fully understand that we can switch the current session language in the Fusion preferences. And that is working fine.

This issue is purely about the pre-session language switcher not working anymore.

The issue happens, no matter what link is used to log into Fusion.

Last, the behavior is not consistent between environments as some envs are working and some are not.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Fusion application
2. Choose French from the language LOV on the OAM login page
3. We have tried using different browser and clearing
cache same issue persists.


 Switch language from English to French.
