Blog Text is Deleted Upon Save in Edit Mode if WebCenter Portal is Accessed in Another Tab (Doc ID 2223050.1)

Blog text is being lost when selecting save, the following steps are how to replicate the issue:

1.) Create a new portal
2.) Create a new page using blog page style
3.) On that page create a blog post 
4.) Now edit the new blog post
5.) Open a separate window and navigate to Webcenter Portal.   It doesn't even need to be the blog page you created.  Simply just navigate to the admin page in the new window or tab.   For example: http://<HOSTNAME>:<PORT>/webcenter/portal/admin
6.) Go back to the blog page in your first window/tab and click save.   You will notice the text disappears.
